Built from the ground up for Malaysian players — we are a team that genuinely cares about delivering a fair, fast, and trusted online gaming experience across every corner of the country.
usaha188 was founded with one clear conviction: Malaysian players deserve a better online gaming experience. Not a platform reskinned from a foreign market, not a service that treats local players as an afterthought — but something built specifically for the way Malaysians live, bank, and enjoy entertainment.
We launched with a small but passionate team based across Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, all of us deeply familiar with the frustrations that Malaysian players face: slow withdrawals, poor customer support, payment methods that don't support local e-wallets, and odds that simply aren't competitive. usaha188 was our answer to every one of those problems.
Today, usaha188 serves over 250,000 active players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and across the country. We offer competitive live football odds spanning EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, and international UFC events — alongside a full suite of live dealer casino tables, high-RTP slot titles, and instant-win games. Every corner of the platform is optimised for speed, fairness, and ease of use.
To provide every Malaysian player — from a casual weekend bettor in Bangsar to a high-volume VIP player in Johor Bahru — with the same standard of experience: fast withdrawals, fair odds, genuine security, and support that actually solves problems. We believe online gaming should feel premium at every level, not just for high rollers.
To be Southeast Asia's most respected player-first online gaming platform — recognised not for the size of our marketing budget, but for the depth of our players' trust. We are building a long-term brand here, not chasing short-term sign-ups. Every decision we make is measured against that horizon.
These are not mission-statement buzzwords. They are the practical commitments that guide every product decision, every support interaction, and every payout we process.
We publish clear, readable terms and conditions — not walls of fine print designed to confuse. Every bonus condition, withdrawal limit, and account policy is stated plainly in English so Malaysian players always know exactly where they stand before they act.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time fraud detection, and strict KYC verification protect every account and every Ringgit in our care. We never cut corners on security — the integrity of your funds and personal data is non-negotiable.
Winning means nothing if you can't access your winnings quickly. usaha188 processes Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals in as little as 5 minutes. We invest heavily in payment infrastructure because slow payouts are simply unacceptable.
We take our duty of care seriously. usaha188 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and voluntary self-exclusion tools for any player who needs them. Gambling is entertainment — our platform is designed to keep it that way. 21+ only.
Our 24/7 support team speaks English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin Chinese — because Malaysia is a multilingual country and we respect that. Every support agent is trained to resolve issues, not deflect them. Average live chat response: under 5 minutes.
We actively collect player feedback, monitor industry trends, and push platform updates regularly. From smoother mobile navigation to new payment options, usaha188 never stands still — because the standard Malaysian players deserve keeps getting higher.
From a small team with a clear purpose to a platform serving a quarter-million Malaysian players — every milestone on this timeline reflects a decision made in the interest of the players we serve.
usaha188 launches as a focused sports betting platform serving players in the Klang Valley. Initial offerings cover live football betting with competitive lines on EPL and Malaysian Super League fixtures.
Following strong early growth, usaha188 expands into live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, plus a curated library of high-RTP slot titles. Player numbers grow to 50,000 active accounts across Peninsular Malaysia.
A full mobile-first platform redesign coincides with the integration of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow — giving Malaysian players the fastest and most familiar deposit and withdrawal options available in the market.
usaha188 crosses 100,000 registered players and launches a structured VIP tier programme, providing long-term loyal players with dedicated account managers, faster withdrawals, and personalised bonuses.
Over a quarter-million active players now trust usaha188 for their online gaming needs. We continue to expand our game library, improve payout speeds, and invest in responsible gambling tools — staying true to the founding purpose that started it all.
Being genuinely local means more than just accepting Ringgit. Here is what that commitment looks like in practice for players in every state.
All balances, transactions, limits, and bonuses are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion, no hidden FX fees. What you deposit is what you play with.
Our support team handles English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin Chinese conversations with equal fluency — reflecting Malaysia's multicultural reality and making every player feel genuinely at home.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are first-class payment methods on usaha188 — not afterthoughts. Most e-wallet transactions clear within 5–30 minutes, any time of day.
Liga Super Malaysia, Piala FA, EPL, and international events including UFC are all covered with live betting markets, up-to-date odds, and pre-match research tools — built for the Malaysian football fan.
usaha188 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We take problem gambling seriously and provide practical tools including deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. We encourage every player to gamble responsibly and treat it as entertainment — never as a primary income source. If you or someone you know needs support, please visit our dedicated Responsible Gambling page for resources and guidance.
